Great company, if you can afford the high prices they charge!!! Had a small humidifier leak, the Konkle rep replaced the filter, turned the water tap down and billed us close to $300 dollars! This cost did not match the service I received and there was no consideration given. I'll call someone more reasonable next time.
Called at 8 am. They sent their tech out an hour later. Friendly and efficient and got the job done!! Weve used Konkle for the past 20 years from new hose valves to completely new heat pump to go with our hot water system. 10 outa 10
I have used their plumbing and HVAC services multiple times over the last 18 months. They actually answer the phone or return your call of you leave a message. They do all they can to accommodate your schedule, they show up when they say they will, they get the job done properly, and I have never gasped in shock at the total of my bill. All the techs are friendly and professional. I highly recommend this company
We called Konkle today because our sump pump died. We could not be happier with how Konkle treated us! They sent someone very quickly and Bill and Nick assessed our system and decided it definitely needed to be replaced. They were very friendly, and in less than an hour the old sump pump was removed and a new, better, one was put in its place. The work area was immaculate when they left, and they even left us a complimentary present.?Thanks so very much to Konkle and their team of Bill and Nick. We called Konkle to make an appointment to have our ducts cleaned. Our house 100+ years old and has undergone many, many renovations over the years. Besides, we have three indoor pets so our system was overdue for a cleaning! Using their unique cleaning system, the two technicians got to work soon after they arrived which, by the way, was at the scheduled time. These guys were courteous and professional.
