I had a great takeout experience at Pizza Hut Beamsville. The food was prepared quickly, well-packaged, and tasted fresh and delicious. What really stood out was the exceptional service from Kristine Joie—she was friendly, efficient, and very professional when handling my order. Her positive attitude made the pickup experience smooth and pleasant. The service was excellent overall, and I would definitely recommend this location for takeout.
Pizza hut is the best especially for walk in. Joymie offer me a deals and pizza of the day. I order both ? especially the $14.99 large for two toppings:)) And it's a great deals?

Had an amazing experience here! The food was great, the environment was busy but it was normal during peak hours. Regardless, I still had great service especially from Kristine Joie, she was friendly, warm and approachable. Her service gave a good experience even if it was a busy day! Will definitely comeback and recommedn this to friends and family!

Excellent service from Kristine Joie. She is so lovely, quite efficient and does go beyond the extra mile. I ordered Hawaiian pizza- it was delicious. She smiles a lot and very friendly. I would definitely order again and highly recommend.
If 0 stars was avaliable that would be my choice. I ordered online for delivery. They took the money out of my bank account and I never received my order. I called to ask for a refund and they told me they are not able to issue refunds and they had no order under my name. The store manager at the beamsville location called me and stated the same thing. I went in to the store and showed her proof that they took the money out of my account even though they didn't have an order under my name. She told me I would have to wait 5 business days and if they did make a mistake my money would be deposited back into my account. This is the worst customer service I should not have to wait for 5 days because of there mistake. I will never order from here again and will also make sure people in the community are aware of what this company is doing.
